For your first purchase and to avoid any hassle you benefit from the try-on guarantee which means that if you prove that there is a problem with the product, we offer you the exchanged item and you can keep the first one. All delivery costs are at the customer's expense.

FIRST CASE:

You benefit from the try-on guarantee for your first purchase. If we can see the defect through your email or video chat correspondence, you can benefit from a replacement or a refund without sending the item. If not:

* Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt (for your first purchase).
* Items must be unwashed.
* Items must have all tags attached.

SECOND CASE:

For the second item you buy you no longer benefit from the try-on guarantee, but you can still return your item in case of an error on our part or a defect on the product.

* Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt (after your first purchase).
* Items must be unworn and unwashed.
* Items must have all tags attached.
